What personally identifiable data do we collect?
In some instances; such as when you contact us to enquire about our products and services, we may require specific information about you, such as your name, your company, your position, your telephone number, your e-mail address and/or physical location. This information will be used to answer your enquiry effectively and to provide you with the information that you have requested from us. We do not and will never supply your personal information to any other third party or use it for any purpose other than ForteAbility activity.
When we process an order ( consultations, training centre bookings, education and training courses or products and appliances ) we may send data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
If you have agreed to receive marketing communication from ForteAbility we will send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. You may opt out of this at any time; if you do not wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, by clicking on the link provided at the bottom of our emails.
We store your data on SSL encrypted and password-protected computers at our company premises, available only to named employees.
We cannot guarantee that the information you send us over the internet is secure however we will take all reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Backups of electronic data are taken regularly, with strong SSL encryption used to protect all content.
How long do we keep your data for?
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act we will only hold personal identifiable information for the maximum retention periods:
Job Applications and unsuccessful candidates : 6 months
Enquiries and emails: 2 years
Financial Data : 7 years
